Consist of two types of training all in one
class for ages (6) years to (13) years of
age. The first type of training is Karate
and Self Defense with a full
curriculum to achieve
your rank. This consist of self
discipline and control, paying
attention to small details and respect.
Teaching each Junior Punching, Kicking,
Footwork, Stances, Fighting Techniques, Self
Defense for Hands on and Attack moves.

The second type of training is Kickboxing.
Which consist of Strength, Conditioning, and
Technical Skills. Kickboxing is the new wave
hitting this Country, not only with Adults
but Kids too. Our Kids Love the Kickboxing
and cannot wait to gear up. This is not
mandatory until upper ranks but to be on our
Team, you have to spar. The Junior Kids
also can join the CSK Team
or Team Smith. This Team has a special
uniform and travels the Country and competes
with the Countries best. CSK
or Team Smith is known Nationally
as a competitive Team with over (50) U.S. or
State Champions. The Junior Program is not
all work, it is much fun as well, with Beach
Outings and Sleep Overs and car washes, and
much much more. Classes are offered Mon -
Sat up to 3x a day.
