Gym
Description- A Fully Equipped
Strength, Conditioning and Kick Boxing gym
with a self defense karate programs. An
upstairs downstairs 4,000 sq foot facility.
With Commercial grade weight lifting
equipment, conditioning equipment and dojo
areas. Boxing Ring on site with sprint track
outback. A Total Kickboxing training
facility. Karate programs run on matted area
fully surrounded by mirrors and stretching
bars. This facility is equipped for Karate
programs and Kickboxing programs along with
Strength and Conditioning areas for
training. |
