ADULT CLASSES KICKBOXING AND
KARATE

Adult Classes are set up for both Kickboxing
and Karate. The Karate program is an
American Style Martial Art. With a 16 belt
system towards your Black belt.
This program is also designed to teach self
defense for hands on attacks and weapon
attacks. The Karate program also teaches
Technical Combination's, offensive and
defensive. Karate Sparring and take downs
round out the Karate program.

The Adult Kickboxing program is a step up in
your training. With long distance running,
sprints, explosion drills and verticals.
This program also has strength and
conditioning equipment used during training.
With Ring on site, much time can be spent in
the ring sparring. This is not mandatory for
those who want the training but not the
contact of the sport. This program is
designed to help with confidence, strength
and conditioning. Less than 1% of all
Americans have actually trained in true
kickboxing, our facility is designed just
for that. Along with the Karate Program and
the Kickboxing program, once you are a
member, all the equipment and conditioning
equipment can be used at anytime gym is
open. Adults can get the best of all three,
Kickboxing, Karate, Conditioning and
strength programs.
